    I believe it was Latiffany that took my order- she was so polite and professional and made each of us in line feel valued! She repeated the order carefully for accuracy, and had a nice presentation about her. Great job :) The food is amazing!!! This is our first visit and we were impressed :D It took a few minutes after the doors open for the kitchen to have everything available, but was so worth the wait!

    I have been here at least 12 times through the drive thru. Not once was my order given to me correctly. But why must your red beans and rice be so good!? Here's to visit 13.

    The service is often inconsistent rude and slow. Even though it's not as bad as it used to be it still isn't very good and too bad because I miss the beans and rice

    Very good food but today and the last 4 times I have visited the Division location it has been a terrible wait, Missing food, running out of chicken of all things. I've waited over 30 minutes for my food. Today I waited just shy of 30 minutes due to boneless chicken not ready. Which is a featured new item. It will be a long while before I go back. There is the Alpine location. Never been there hope the service is better.
